The Engrate Platform, together with any related products, (collectively, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Engrate AB, a company organized under the laws of Sweden with registration number 559468-5942. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform or any of the Products on the Platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform or any of its Content (defined below).

You represent to Engrate that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor). If you are entering into these Terms for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and you agree that “you” as used in these Terms includes both you personally and the entity you represent. You and Engrate are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each is a “Party”.

MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT 

These terms govern access to Engrate’s Power Tariff Product which grants you a60 day free trial of The Product before converting to a yearly subscription. 

1. The Power Tariff Product
The Power Tariff Product “The Product” allows the Client to determine the current Swedish grid power tariffs, searchable by DSO, coordinates, post codes, addresses or grid metering areas. The Client can also request a machine-readable output of the price list data published by the grid operators and can query the Model Content Protocol (MCP) using a MCP client or agents of the Clients choice.

2. Trial period
During the trial period you will get access to the full overview of tariff coverage and a limited access to DSO tariffs to validate the model structure. When you convert to a paid subscription you get access to the full power tariff database. 

3. Intellectual property
You are allowed to cache the data for your own use as long as you are a paying customer. You are otherwise strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, or extracting data from the platform or attempting to replicate or recreate Engrate’s data, data models or integrations independently. 

The tariffs in their entirety and data derived from the tariffs can be shared with 3rd parties but this requires an updated subscription. Please contact Engrate in such case. 

4. Marketing communication
Both Parties can display the other Parties logotype and name as a Vendor / Customer on website, presentation material and other marketing channels.

5. Conversion to paid subscription
When you unlock the trial in app you convert to a paid annual subscription. An invoice for 12 months subscription will be sent to the address that you provide in app. 

Price of Power Tariff Product:
For own use: €499 per month 
For sharing derived data or actual tariffs: Price on request

End of free trial
After 60 days your user account will be disabled and Engrate will delete your personal information unless you have unlocked your account. If you would like us to delete your account sooner, please contact us on support@engrateio.5punkter.com  

6. Master Subscription Agreement
These Terms do not govern the general use of the Platform and other Products operated by Engrate. If you are accessing or using the Platform – even if you are doing so through a free trial – then you are subject to Engrate’s General Platform Terms or such other written contract as may be separately agreed between you and Engrate.
